Playing as Carlos Oliveira, explore the zombie-infested Spencer Memorial Hospital to locate a vaccine for the infected Jill Valentine. You must search the two-story facility to retrieve Dr. Bard's ID Card and a cassette tape to gain voice access to his laboratory. After securing the vaccine sample from the lab, you must deliver it to Jill in the Makeshift Sickroom and defend the lobby from a massive horde.

Tips

Punching with Carlos (aim and press the shoulder button) right as an enemy attacks triggers a powerful counter-shove that can knock down multiple grouped zombies.
Do not unlock the padlocked cases or use the lockpick-dependent safes as Carlos, as Jill can explore the hospital later with her Lockpick to collect exclusive weapons and items.
During the lobby horde defense sequence, shoot the electrical generator near the main doors to temporarily stun large groups of zombies and Hunter βs.
