After obtaining the Battery Pack from the lower lab area, Jill ascends to the Upper Level to unlock security doors and reach the surface exit. The primary objective is to use the Battery Pack to manipulate door locks, retrieve a hidden hip pouch, and open the final gate leading out of the sewers. Once the final gate is unlocked, Jill climbs a yellow ladder to escape into a maintenance passage heading toward the surface.

Tips

Do not leave the Battery Pack behind in the final exit door mechanism; you must retrieve it from the door socket if you want to unlock the optional side room containing the Hip Pouch before leaving.
A single well-placed Flame Round into an open mouth of a Hunter Gamma will eliminate it immediately.
