Tips

Inspect the bathroom to trigger a transition back to the third-person perspective before exploring the apartment.
Be sure to read all four documents in the apartment before answering the ringing telephone, as triggering the call immediately starts the chase and permanently locks off this room.
During the building collapse and hallway escape, hold the sprint button forward through the linear path; stumbling or hesitating will allow Nemesis to catch and kill you.
