Jill emerges near the Clock Tower after surviving the subway crash, only to be immediately confronted by Nemesis in his newly mutated, quadrupedal beast form. You must defeat this agile beast in the plaza using the heavy weapons and explosive devices scattered around the area. Once Nemesis is brought down, a cutscene triggers where Jill is infected with the T-Virus, concluding the sequence.

Weak to Glowing chest heart, explosive damage, electricity
Rapidly runs on all fours and leaps onto surrounding buildings; downing him exposes his vulnerable heart for massive damage.
Tips
- Shoot the electrical generator in the plaza when Nemesis circles near it to stun him instantly and expose his weak spot.
- Plant Mine Rounds on the walls of the surrounding buildings along the path Nemesis sprints on to blast him down to the ground.
- Keep moving and listen for his audio cue when he climbs onto roofs, as he will soon perform a high-damage diving slam toward your position.
