Entering the Subway Train after restoring power in Raccoon City Streets: Blocks access to Raccoon City Streets, Subway Station, Subway Power Substation, Sewers, Sewers (Upper Level), Gun Shop Kendo, and Construction Site collectibles.
Exiting the Raccoon City Police Department as Carlos: Blocks access to Raccoon City Police Department and Raccoon City Police Department (Upper Floors) collectibles and locks.
Completing the Hospital lobby siege as Carlos: Blocks Carlos's Hospital (Interior) and Hospital (Courtyard) areas, weapon parts, and Carlos-specific safes.
Using the underground elevator to enter Underground Storage as Jill: Permanently seals the Raccoon City Hospital areas.
Riding the final elevator up into NEST 2: Locks out Underground Storage and previous areas entirely.
Triggering the final boss fight in NEST 2 (Lab 2): Prevents backtracking to earlier NEST 2 rooms and NEST 2 (Lab 1) to retrieve missed collectibles.

Complete an initial playthrough on Assisted or Standard difficulty while obtaining all Charlie Dolls, Files, Locks, and weapon upgrade parts.
Step 2Step 2

Farm zombie kills and specific weapon kill records in safe room checkpoints (such as the Hospital defense section or NEST 2) to earn Points.
Step 3Step 3

Purchase bonus Shop items using Points, prioritizing the RAI-DEN, Infinite MUP Pistol, Recovery Coins, Iron Defense Coins, and the Infinite Rocket Launcher.
Step 4Step 4

Complete a Hardcore difficulty playthrough with the Infinite Rocket Launcher to unlock Nightmare difficulty.
Step 5Step 5

Complete a Nightmare difficulty playthrough with the Infinite Rocket Launcher to unlock Inferno difficulty.
Step 6Step 6

Complete an Inferno difficulty playthrough without saving more than 5 times and achieving an S-Rank, while combining restrictions for completing the game without opening the item box and using one or fewer recovery items.
Step 7Step 7

Clean up any remaining combat-specific achievements (such as "Two for One Deal" or "Electric Slide") via story saves.
