Resident Evil 3 guide · Jill's arrival at the hospital

After waking up cured of the T-Virus infection, Jill explores Raccoon City Hospital using the Lockpick to open previously inaccessible locks. She must retrieve the G18 Handgun (Burst Model) and the .44 AE Lightning Hawk before venturing underground through the facility's courtyard hatch. Her goal is to follow Carlos into the underground facility beneath the hospital to find the vaccine equipment.

Tips

Do not enter the heavy cargo lift leading to the Underground Storage until you have picked up the Lightning Hawk, as returning to this part of the hospital becomes impossible later.
Use Jill's Lockpick on all simple locks left behind during Carlos's section before heading underground, as Carlos cannot pick these locks.
