CHRONO TRIGGER® guide · Finding the Sun Stone

The Sun Keep is an elevated outdoor sanctuary found in multiple eras used to absorb solar energy. After defeating the Son of Sun in 2300 A.D. to claim the depleted Moon Stone, players place it in the Sun Keep in prehistory (65,000,000 B.C.) to begin its multi-million-year recharge process into the Sun Stone. While checking across the timeline, the stone goes missing in the Middle Ages and must be recovered from Porre before it finishes charging in the future.

If the stone is missing from the pedestal in 600 A.D., you must travel to 1000 A.D. to track down the greedy Mayor of Porre and change his ancestry's personality using Jerky from 600 A.D. to recover it.

Tips

You must have Lucca in your active party when retrieving the fully charged Sun Stone in 2300 A.D. in order to trigger the crafting of her unique equipment.
