1. 1

   Hear the Chairman's Request

   Head into the Reception Room of the Seiryu Clan Headquarters to learn about the Great Wall of Muscle and the counterfeit bill operation. Chairman Ryuhei Hoshino will task you with finding Yu Nanba. Once the briefing ends, make your way out to pursue the lead.

2. 2

   Consult Joon-gi Han

   Locate Joon-gi Han outside the Geomijul Stronghold in Koreatown along Breeze Street and Fukutokucho. Speak with him and select the top dialogue option to verify you are prepared, which reveals that Nanba has likely headed to Bleach Japan's office. You can also pick the alternate option if you need to wander Isezaki Ijincho before setting out.

   Tip: Choose the top dialogue option right away if you want to advance directly to the objective.

3. 3

   Breach the Hakuryo Building

   Travel on foot or hail a taxi to Carriage Highway in Northwest Isezaki Ijincho to locate the Hakuryo Building. At the entrance, you will immediately be ambushed by Former Geomijul Officer Shin. Focus single-target blunt physical skills like Kasuga's default bat attacks to quickly defeat him before his volt moves can shock your party.

   Key fight: Fight 1: Entrance Ambush

   Tip: Use Kasuga's standard bat attacks to exploit Shin's weakness to blunt damage.

   Watch out: Letting Shin act freely risks high damage and debilitating stun shock effects on your party members.

4. 4

   Clear Mabuchi's Advance Guard

   Ride the Hakuryo Building elevator up to the second floor, where you will confront Sota Kume, Hajime Ogasawara, and Nanba before Akira Mabuchi steps in. You must first defeat Mabuchi's advance squad of four Yokohama Liumang thugs: Xiang, Meng, Fu, and Yu. Clear them out using environmental clutter and wide-reaching abilities like Kasuga's Mega Swing or Eri's Thumbtack Scatter.

   Key fight: Fight 2: Mabuchi’s Advance Guard

   Tip: Sweep up the clumped mob using area-of-effect skills and nearby office debris.

5. 5

   Defeat Akira Mabuchi

   Take on Akira Mabuchi directly in the office. Exploit his vulnerabilities using blade attacks like Eri's Shadow Stitch, ice or water strikes, electricity, and the poison status from summoning Nancy-chan. Keep Saeko ready to heal as an Idol, guard with Kasuga if focused while Mabuchi radiates his half-health Heat aura, and completely refrain from standard melee strikes while he holds his counter stance.

   Tip: Bring Saeko in the Idol job to effortlessly patch up team health throughout the brawl.

   Watch out: Attacking Mabuchi with standard melee hits while he is in his defensive counter stance triggers painful parry counterattacks.

6. 6

   Uncover Bleach Japan's Founder

   Examine the photographs placed on the office wall and desk inside the inner Bleach Japan office. This inspect action initiates a cutscene revealing that Bleach Japan's founder is Ryo Aoki, who is actually Masato Arakawa. Viewing these items wraps up the major revelations of the Hakuryo Building confrontation.
