You must navigate ten floors, solving a key-and-door puzzle along the way, to confront and defeat Shadow Mitsuo. Clearing this dungeon halts Mitsuo's actions and advances the investigation into the serial murders.

Shops and people

Shiroku Store (Central Shopping District): Sells recovery items, status healing medicine, and Goho-M escape items.
Daidara Metalworks (Central Shopping District): Crafts weapons and armor in exchange for materials dropped by Shadows in Void Quest.

Tips

Bring items or Persona skills that cure Fear, as Shadow Mitsuo frequently inflicts Fear and follows up with Ghastly Wail to instantly kill afflicted party members.
When Shadow Mitsuo starts rebuilding the "Mitsuo the Hero" shell, deal as much burst damage as possible in that turn to disrupt the construction and knock him down.
