Persona 4 Golden guide · Investigating Yukiko's Castle and forming the Investigation Team

In late April and early May, you must finish rescuing Yukiko Amagi from Yukiko's Castle before the prolonged rainy period ends. Once she is rescued and Golden Week concludes, she officially joins the party and you can re-enter the TV World to challenge an optional boss in the castle. The Investigation Team formally forms, opening up new daytime activities, part-time jobs, and the next dungeon arc.

Work part-time jobs available via the Central Shopping District bulletin board to earn money and raise Social Qualities.
Tend to the garden outside the Dojima Residence once vegetable seedlings become available in May.

Daidara Metalworks: Sells improved weapons, armor, and accessories as you sell materials dropped by Shadows.
Shiroku Store: Sells recovery items during the day and trades gems for specialized weapons and items at night.

Tips

Fuse Personas that resist or nullify Fire to make the Shadow Yukiko encounter much easier to survive.
Bring plenty of revival and healing items when returning to fight the Contrarian King, as his Rampage skill can easily wipe your party.
