Wattz Consumer Electronics is a factory and showroom filled with pre-war automated defense robots and synths. During the Automatron questline, the Sole Survivor comes here while tracking down the source of a mysterious radio signal linked to the Mechanist. Clearing out the hostile machines allows you to access a basement terminal containing a key holotape to advance the search.

Tips

Use the terminal in the showroom to hack or disable the Protectrons before engaging them in combat.
Watch out for laser tripwires and fragmentation mines rigged across the basement entrance doorways.
Aim for the Assaultron's legs early to cripple its mobility and avoid its high-speed melee charges.
