Graygarden is a unique settlement entirely operated and maintained by Mr. Handy robot gardeners. Speaking to Supervisor White gives the quest "Troubled Waters" to fix the nearby Weston Water Treatment Plant, which unlocks Graygarden as a full player settlement upon completion. The area also features access to the elevated highway section directly overhead, which is included within the settlement's building boundaries.

Tips

Because the original robot settlers are managed by Supervisor White, they do not require human necessities like food and water, providing a free 12 units of food resource right away.
Building stairs up to the broken overpass allows you to place turrets, generators, or beds on the upper deck safely out of reach of most ground-based enemy attacks.
