Echo Lake Lumber
Echo Lake Lumber is a ruined lumber mill on the island of Far Harbor overrun by feral ghouls. The Sole Survivor travels here during the quest "Turn Back the Fog" to eliminate the ghoul infestation and secure the site. Once all the ghouls are eliminated, the location can be claimed as a fully functional player settlement.

Tips
- Shoot or cripple the ghouls' legs to slow them down when they attempt to swarm you in the narrow catwalks of the mill.
- Watch out for a resident named Malcolm who may confront you near the mill trying to buy the land or persuade you to abandon the quest.
