After infiltrating Redcliffe Castle through the secret passage from the windmill, you must navigate the lower levels to reach the main hall and courtyard. You will confront the possessed boy Connor and must decide how to handle the demon possessing him to save Arl Eamon. The outcome determines whether you fight Connor directly or seek aid from the Circle of Magi or blood magic to enter the Fade.

Tips

Clear the undead inside the castle before opening the main courtyard gates from the inside to avoid fighting multiple groups at once.
You can leave the castle to get the Circle of Magi's help without Connor killing anyone, provided you do not agree to Jowan's blood magic ritual first.
Bringing Wynne along makes handling the undead and demons considerably easier due to her spirit healer and anti-undead abilities.
