The Temple of Rhalic is situated in the north-central part of the Nameless Isle and is occupied by Black Ring cultists surrounding a submerged or sunken altar. You must clear or bypass the Black Ring forces to access the central altar mechanism and commune with Rhalic to learn his alignment for the Council of Seven. Interacting with the altar requires you to understand or endure Rhalic's test, which can blind or harm your character if approached carelessly.

Tips

If you choose to pray at Rhalic's altar, interacting incorrectly or refusing his demands can inflict permanent blindness on the interacting character, so bring a character with high Resolve or use a mirror/restoration effect if afflicted.
Approaching the temple while disguised as a Black Ring member using Fane's Mask of the Shapeshifter can allow peaceful passage past the outer guards.
