City in the Sky
The City in the Sky is the ancient floating home of the Oocca and serves as the seventh dungeon in the game. Link must navigate windy outdoor gaps and floating platforms using his aerial gear to unlock doors and turn on massive fan systems. The main objectives are defeating an Aeralfos mini-boss to secure a second Clawshot and scaling the central tower to defeat the dragon Argorok.

Enemies
Flying armored lizard that shields itself; pull its shield with the Clawshot to drag it down.
Giant dragon boss; pull off its armor using the Double Clawshots combined with the Iron Boots, then target the weak point on its back.
Pull off its protective metal mask using the Clawshot to leave its rear vulnerable.
Flying bat pests found throughout the corridors.
Snapping plant that detaches from its stem once severed and slithers around.
Hides underneath tiles and flips them up when Link approaches; blow away the tiles with the Gale Boomerang to expose it.
Shops and people
- Ooccoo: Warps Link out of the dungeon to restock, and warps him back to the entrance room when used
Tips
- Once you acquire the second Clawshot to make the Double Clawshots, you can latch onto another target without letting go of the first one.
- Strong gusts of wind will push Link off narrow ledges; equip the Iron Boots to stay grounded against the breeze.
- Grab onto Oocca roaming the hallways to glide across wide gaps before obtaining the dungeon item.
