New Atlantis is the sprawling capital of the United Colonies located on the planet Jemison in the Alpha Centauri system. Players visit early in the main story to deliver their first artifact to Constellation's headquarters at the Lodge, and the city serves as a primary hub for faction quests, recruiting crew members, and trading. The city is divided into several distinct districts—the Spaceport, Commercial District, Residential District, MAST District, and the underground sub-city called the Well.

Tips
- The Trade Authority kiosk near the Spaceport technician buys items, but you must enter the Trade Authority office in the Well to sell illegal contraband without getting caught by security scans.
- Use the NAT (New Atlantis Transit) train cars to quickly fast-travel directly between the Spaceport, MAST District, Commercial District, and Residential District.
- Elevators found in the MAST lobby and near the Spaceport can be used to travel down into the underground district known as the Well.
