Upon arriving at New Atlantis in New Game Plus, head directly to the Lodge in the MAST District to determine the state of Constellation in your current universe. You are offered the choice to replay the full main story or skip the campaign entirely by revealing your Starborn identity to Sarah Morgan. The city's vendors, faction questlines, and infrastructure reset to their baseline states, allowing you to re-experience side stories with your retained character progression.

- Jemison Mercantile: General goods, crafting resources, medical supplies, and digipicks located near the spaceport landing pad
- Apex Electronics: Electronic components and advanced crafting parts located in The Well district
- Reliant Medical: Medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and affliction treatments located in the Residential District
Tips
- Choosing to reveal that you are Starborn at the Lodge instantly skips the early story missions, immediately marking the locations of the remaining Artifacts and Temples on your map.
- If you choose to skip the main story, standard Constellation companions will not be available for recruitment until you gather the uncovered Artifacts.
- Look out for rare alternate universe variants when entering the Lodge for the first time in a new loop, as unique encounters can replace the standard Constellation crew.
