NASA Launch Facility
Located on Earth in the Sol system, this ruined Cape Canaveral facility is visited during the main quest "Unearthed". Players must navigate the abandoned launch tower and subterranean research complex to discover the truth behind the loss of Earth's magnetosphere. The area culminates in retrieving an Artifact from the testing chamber and escaping an assault by Starborn forces.

Tips
- Search computer terminals thoroughly; several allow you to remotely shut down the defensive turrets and security robots before entering high-danger rooms.
- Be prepared for a sustained firefight upon taking the Artifact, as multiple Starborn will phase in along your escape route back to the surface.
- Earth's atmosphere is completely gone, so ensure your space suit provides sufficient protection against environmental hazards before lingering outside the facility structure.
