Wolf starts at the Dilapidated Temple after receiving the Shinobi Prosthetic and journeys across fortified cliffs, shattered gates, and treacherous valleys toward Ashina Castle. Along the way, he navigates past hostile samurai garrisons, evades the massive Great Serpent, and confronts guardian commanders blocking entry. The quest through the outskirts culminates in a battle on the battlefield against the gatekeeper Gyoubu Masataka Oniwa to breach the inner grounds.

Threats: Wide-sweeping spear swings, galloping charge attacks, and sweeping perilous strikes

Weaknesses and resistances: Shinobi Firecracker prosthetic, grapple attacks when the grapple indicator appears over his helmet

Tactics: Grapple onto his spear or helm when he circles away to close distance, use Firecrackers to spook Onikage for free hits, and deflect regular spear thrusts

Tactics: Circle closely, dodge diagonally through his forward lunges, apply Oil and ignite him with Flame Vent to cause long stuns, and grapple to his horns when thrown
