Artyom navigates a canyon littered with booby traps to reach a fortified lighthouse occupied by a local woman named Giul. You must help Giul defend against an assault by the Baron's bandits before she lowers the lift to let you inside. Inside the lighthouse structure, Giul directs Artyom to an underground communications bunker beneath the facility to recover pre-war satellite maps.

Tips

Keep your flashlight charged and your lighter out in the underground bunker, as the light forces the spiders to back away and flip over onto their vulnerable undersides.
Look out for glowing green tripwires set throughout the canyon approach to the lighthouse to avoid triggering deadly explosive traps.
