Mission 13: Three Warriors
Dante, Nero, and V converge inside the depths of the Qliphoth roots, allowing you to choose which of the three protagonists to play as. The mission consists of descending through multiple subterranean chambers by destroying blood clot sacs while clearing waves of demons. Reaching the bottom level completes the descent and triggers the end of the mission.

Armored reptilian demons covered in spinning spikes that must be broken to leave them vulnerable.
Flying spellcasting demons that channel long-range lightning, beam attacks, and status curses.
Teleporting demons that summon lesser Hell enemies and attack swiftly with twin scythe blades.
Bizarre multi-eyed demons that wear masks granting different buffs and attack patterns.
Tips
- Choosing Dante makes destroying the blood clot roots easy using the Dr. Faust weapon or Balrog's fiery punches.
- If playing as V, keep your distance on higher perches to safely command Shadow and Griffon while reading your book to build Devil Trigger.
- If playing as Nero, utilize the Gerbera or Punch Line Devil Breakers for easy mid-air mobility and crowd control in the vertical arenas.
- Destroying the blood sacs as quickly as possible prevents infinite spawns of lesser demons in several of the descending chambers.
