STAR WARS™ Knights of the Old Republic™ guide · Navigating the sewers

The party descends into the Taris Sewers from the Undercity to reach the Vulkar base and rescue Bastila Shan. Navigating the foul tunnels requires teaming up with the Twi'lek street kid Mission Vao and her Wookiee companion Zaalbar. Players must defeat or bypass hostile Gamorreans, rakghouls, and a massive Rancor guarding the Vulkar stronghold door.

Tips

Throw a synthesized odor and a frag mine into the corpse pile in the Rancor's room to kill it instantly without engaging in direct combat.
Bring Mission Vao to detect and disable the numerous deadly mines laid across the Upper and Lower Sewers.
Keep Antidote Kits or the Rakghoul Serum handy to cure party members afflicted by the Rakghoul disease.
