Upon landing on the ocean world of Manaan, the player arrives at the docking bay of Ahto City, the only above-water settlement governed by the strictly neutral Selkath. Players must navigate delicate diplomatic rules while seeking a way to locate the planet's Star Map. This initial visit requires talking to port officials, paying a docking fee, and contacting the Republic diplomatic enclave to gain further access to the city.
