Musashi pushes through the newly cleared southwestern sector of Eastern Kyoto toward Gojo-ohashi Bridge following the defeat of the Malice plant in Toribeno. Upon arriving at the bridge, he faces off in a climactic duel against the heavily armored giant Benkei. The objective is to shatter Benkei's protective defenses and bring down the towering warrior to secure the route.

A colossal warrior who wields polearms and heavy multi-weapon combinations, encased in six pieces of armor across his limbs, chest, and head that must be cracked before he can take substantial damage.

Tips

Rather than chipping through every plate piece by piece, you can deploy Earth-Shakers or land Break Issen attacks to shatter Benkei's thick armor all at once.
In phase two, look out for Benkei's weapon flashing pink, which signals that you must parry or deflect rather than attempt to block or dodge.
