Fisherman Missable 27.6% of players Kill the Catfish. Trap and kill the giant Tsar-Fish using the bell, bait corpses, and lever mechanism inside the terminal. Where: Terminal

Master of the Forest Missable 27.6% of players Stand your ground against the Bear at the first encounter. Deal enough damage to the mutant Bear during your initial confrontation outside the church to force it to flee. Where: Taiga

Join us on air Missable 26.5% of players Find a tune on the radio. Interact with the radio aboard the Aurora train and tune the dial until you find a music broadcast. Where: The Aurora

5 o'clock Missable 18.2% of players Take part in the Admiral's tea party on the TAIGA level. Sit down and stay with the Admiral in his room, listening to his entire conversation, playing the guitar, and sharing tea until he falls asleep. Where: Taiga

Damir Missable 17% of players Hidden achievement Perform enough moral actions in the Caspian chapter—such as freeing slaves and avoiding unnecessary kills—so that Damir stays with the crew. Where: Caspian · Step 1

Eternal Voyage Missable 14.8% of players Hidden achievement Finish the game with bad karma by losing too many crew members, resulting in the bad ending. Where: Dead City

Guide Missable 14.7% of players Pass the Research Facility without killing a Blind One on the DEAD CITY level. Sneak through the entire Research Facility section without harming or killing any of the blind gorillas. Where: Dead City

Full Strength Missable 13% of players Hidden achievement Ensure that Duke, Damir, and Alyosha all remain with the crew at the end of their respective chapters. Where: Dead City

Trapper Missable 8.9% of players Set all 5 traps in the SAM'S STORY chapter as the Captain requests. Find and arm all 5 defensive traps around the Captain's hideout building in the Sam's Story DLC.

Decommunization Missable 8.6% of players Destroy the biggest statue in front of the children's camp on the TAIGA level. Shoot or use an explosive to destroy the large Lenin statue situated near the entrance to the children's camp. Where: The Pioneer Camp

Lord of War Missable Collectible 8% of players Collect all the upgrades for Sammy rifle and Stallion pistol in the SAM'S STORY chapter. Discover and collect every weapon upgrade component for both the Sammy rifle and the Stallion pistol in the Sam's Story DLC.

Roller coaster Missable 7.3% of players Use the bucket lift on the CASPIAN level to reach the Oasis. Ride the rusty bucket lift contraption down into the canyon to reach the Oasis area. Where: Caspian

Cinephile Missable 7.1% of players Organize a documentary screening in the SAM'S STORY chapter. Find the documentary videotape and insert it into the projector at the bandit cinema hideout in the Sam's Story DLC.

Dressed for Success Missable Collectible 6.1% of players Find all upgrades for Artyom's suit. Locate and equip all suit, helmet, and equipment upgrades hidden across the Volga and Caspian levels. Where: Caspian

Brakeman Missable 5% of players Hidden achievement Detach all the train cars while commandeering the enemy train at the end of the Moscow chapter. Where: Moscow Metro

Dodge master Missable 4.3% of players Hidden achievement Avoid taking damage from the enemy armored car while driving the railcar in the Moscow chapter. Where: Moscow Metro

Untouchable Missable Difficulty 4.2% of players Complete SAM'S STORY on Normal or higher difficulty without dying in Batwing encounters. Defeat the Batwing boss in all three story encounters without dying on Normal difficulty or higher in the Sam's Story DLC.

A Man of Principle Missable 4% of players Complete the SAM'S STORY chapter earning the Captain's full trust. Complete the Sam's Story DLC after earning the Captain's full trust by helping him, giving him food, finding his crew, and arming the submarine's charges.

The whole picture Missable Collectible 3% of players Find all 9 hidden Diary pages in THE TWO COLONELS Chapter. Collect all 9 hidden diary pages scattered throughout The Two Colonels DLC chapter.

Music Lover Missable Collectible 2.5% of players Collect all harmonica melodies in the SAM'S STORY chapter. Find all 9 collectible harmonica music sheets scattered across the map in the Sam's Story DLC.

Exodus 70.3% of players Complete the MOSCOW level. Complete the Moscow level to progress the main story. Where: Moscow Metro

Aurora 69.1% of players Name the locomotive. Name the locomotive after acquiring it during the story transition to Volga. Where: Volga

Martian 68.4% of players Patch the Gasmask. Press the gas mask wipe/repair button to patch a hole using duct tape after taking mask damage.

Gunsmith 51% of players Install a modification of each category on a single weapon. Equip a custom upgrade in every available component slot for a single firearm at a workbench.

Railwayman 50.1% of players Get into the Trolley. Enter the motorized rail trolley as required by the main questline. Where: Volga

Long distance passenger 49.2% of players Find the passenger train car. Locate and attach the passenger railcar to the Aurora during the Volga storyline. Where: Volga

Handyman 49.2% of players Spend 500 consumable resources on crafting. Spend a cumulative total of 500 chemical and metal crafting materials at workbenches or your backpack.

Lower the Bridge 47.7% of players Complete the VOLGA level. Complete the Volga chapter by lowering the bridge to allow the train through. Where: The Bridge

Spoiled dinner 46.6% of players Complete the YAMANTAU level. Finish the Yamantau chapter by escaping the cannibal bunker. Where: Yamantau Bunker

Driver 45.4% of players Drive the Bukhanka. Enter and drive the Bukhanka van provided during the Caspian chapter. Where: Caspian

Complete road map 43.4% of players Find maps in the laboratory. Retrieve the archival military maps from the underground communications bunker. Where: Caspian Bunker

Silent marksman Cumulative 40% of players Kill 30 enemies with Tikhar. Eliminate a total of 30 enemies using the pneumatic Tikhar rifle across your playthrough.

New order 38.8% of players Complete the CASPIAN level. Finish the Caspian chapter by completing the assault on the Baron's fortress. Where: Caspian

Gor'ko! 38.5% of players Attend the wedding on the SUMMER level. Attend Stepan and Katya's wedding ceremony aboard the train during the Summer interlude. Where: The Aurora

Sword of Damocles 35% of players Complete the TAIGA level. Complete the Taiga chapter by successfully crossing through the valley. Where: Taiga

Putrification 34% of players Pass the putrid tunnel. Make your way through the slime-covered, infested putrid tunnel section of Novosibirsk. Where: Dead City

Saboteur Cumulative 33.5% of players Melee-kill or stun 50 enemies. Stealthily knock out or perform melee stealth kills on 50 human enemies.

Antibiotic Cumulative 32.4% of players Kill 300 mutants. Slay a total of 300 mutant creatures throughout your journey.

Robin Hood Cumulative 24.6% of players Kill 30 enemies with Crossbow. Eliminate a total of 30 enemies using the Helsing crossbow throughout your playthrough. Where: Taiga

Your Destination 22.4% of players Hidden achievement Complete the main story campaign to unlock this unmissable story achievement. Where: Dead City

Headhunter Cumulative 22.3% of players Kill 300 human enemies. Kill a cumulative total of 300 human enemies across the campaign.

New Year 16.2% of players Celebrated the New Year in THE TWO COLONELS Chapter. Progress through the story of The Two Colonels DLC to celebrate the New Year cutscene.

Duty and conscience 15.8% of players Make a moral choice in THE TWO COLONELS Chapter. Complete the story sequence in The Two Colonels DLC where you make a moral choice regarding the green stuff.

Father and son 15.4% of players Provide guidance for Kirill in THE TWO COLONELS Chapter. Guide Kirill through the Metro tunnels during the story events of The Two Colonels DLC.

Last Breath 11.3% of players After running out of filters in a hazard zone, craft a new one while suffocating. Enter a radioactive or gas zone until your gas mask filters completely deplete and you begin suffocating, then open your backpack and craft a new filter. Where: Volga

Kaleidoscope Cumulative 9.6% of players Kill 3 enemies using sniper scope while wearing the Gas mask and using the Night Vision goggles. Equip both your gas mask and night vision goggles, aim through a sniper scope, and eliminate three enemies. Where: Volga

Tidyman 9.4% of players Spend 500 chemical resources on cleaning weapons. Spend a cumulative total of 500 chemical crafting materials cleaning dirt off your weapons at workbenches. Where: The Aurora

Stand back Cumulative 4.2% of players Kill 50 enemies at long distance. Kill 50 enemies from a distance of at least 100 meters using scoped weapons across your playthrough.

Old world pictures Collectible 2.7% of players Find all 21 post cards. Find all 21 collectible postcards scattered throughout the main story chapters.

Mutation 2.7% of players Complete the game in New Game+ mode using any modification. Finish the main campaign in New Game+ mode with at least one game modifier active.

Toy seller 2.1% of players Find 3 toys in New Game+ mode: teddy bear, sun and fish. Collect all three childhood toys—the teddy bear, the sun, and the fish—scattered across Volga, Caspian, and Taiga during New Game+.

Iron Mode 1.9% of players Complete the game in Iron Mode. Complete the entire main campaign with Iron Mode active, which disables manual and checkpoint saves during chapters.
