The Ringed Temple

God of War guide · The central fortress of Alfheim
← All areas in this guide

Kratos and Atreus travel through the Ringed Temple to reach the Light of Alfheim, which is needed to clear the Black Breath on the mountain back in Midgard. The fortress serves as the main stronghold of the invading Dark Elves, requiring Kratos to solve light crystal puzzles, destroy tendril roots, and lower bridges to navigate deeper inside. After stepping into the core of the Light, Kratos must fight his way back out through waves of remaining Dark Elves.
