Jesse travels to the Containment Sector during Mission 6 to locate the Panopticon and find her imprisoned brother Dylan. Navigating this sector involves crossing the Logistics area and Medical Wing to purge Hiss blockages and reach the upper secure containment cells. Along the way, Jesse encounters several dangerous Altered Items and must complete cleansing rituals in the Astral Plane to safely secure the facility.

Panopticon hidden room | On the 5th floor of the Panopticon, look for a shattered hole in an upper wall that can be accessed by levitating to the adjacent platform to claim an Ability Point and an asset crate.Logistics ceiling alcove | In the Logistics department, levitate into the ceiling openings directly above the main control point to find a hidden room containing an asset chest and an Ability Point.

Hiss Sniper

Uses laser sights to target Jesse from elevated catwalks and deals heavy damage per shot.

Hiss Trooper

Weak to Shielded front armor

Heavily armored frontally; break its shield using Launch or flank it with service weapon attacks.

Salvador

Weak to Headshots

A boss encountered in the Panopticon who hurls debris and summons shielding while accompanied by Hiss backup.

Tips

Prioritize unlocking Levitate during your mission in the Panopticon, as it unlocks the ability to reach multiple high ledges and hidden containment chambers previously out of reach.
Look for yellow hazard signs and painted lines throughout the Medical Wing to help navigate the twisting, corrupted corridors.
