The Stormtouched Highlands is a stormy, lightning-filled plateau located west of the Fractured Plains where players must dodge frequent lightning strikes. Players explore the region to harvest a Dragon Tooth from the remains of a titan wyrm, which serves as a required crafting material for the Challenge Horn used to challenge Velgar.

A hidden dungeon entrance to the Dragonkin Vault (Chaktan Kara) can be found inside a cavern past a bridge, accessed by cutting through Thorny Vines with an axe and clearing the Stone Boulders blocking the way with a pickaxe.

Tips

Craft and bring an Iron Pickaxe before heading out, as lower-tier pickaxes will fail to mine the dragon skull nodes.
