The Subterranean Lake is a dark, underground cavern located beneath the dream world of the Stranger in the Echoes of the Eye expansion. At its center rests the Sealed Vault, which requires turning off three separate seal mechanisms scattered across the other dream archives to open. Once inside, you meet the Prisoner and can share your memories of the solar system using your projection staff.

The Prisoner's vision staff allows you to project your ship log memories directly into their mind by interacting with it inside the opened Vault.Entering the area while dead instead of asleep bypasses the alarm bells on the central bridge, though it locks you out of the final raft ride if your loop ends.

Tips

You must disable the three totem seals located throughout the Starlit Cove, Shrouded Woodlands, and Endless Canyon archives before the Vault chains will release.
Extinguish your artifact light when stepping onto the light bridge projections to ensure the invisible paths have properly formed.
