Batman™: Arkham Knight guide · The opening mission to stop Scarecrow

Batman infiltrates the ACE Chemicals processing plant to rescue captive workers and stop Scarecrow from producing a massive batch of fear toxin. The mission introduces the remote-control Batmobile mechanics, vehicle combat, and complex puzzles required to breach the facility's interior. After locating the central mixing chamber, Batman works against the clock to reduce the blast radius before the entire facility explodes.

Tips

Use the Batmobile Remote control frequently to solve interior puzzles and break down walls that Batman cannot breach on foot.
Look for high structural vantage points to scan the facility before dropping down to engage ground patrols.
Carefully neutralize armed guards first using stealth takedowns before fighting the larger groups of unarmed militia.
Move the neutralizing canisters extremely slowly in the central chamber, as rapid movements will destabilize them and cause a premature detonation.
