Shops and people
- Elizabeth: Grants requests, tracks task completion, and issues rewards outside the Velvet Room doors in Paulownia Mall and Tartarus.
Tips
- Check the Velvet Room after every major block of Tartarus opens, as a new batch of Elizabeth's requests usually unlocks immediately.
- For Persona fusion requests requiring specific skills, use skill cards from Shuffle Time if you cannot easily pass the skill through fusion inheritance.
- Many item-retrieval requests require talking to NPCs or school staff on specific days of the week, so talk to named characters around Gekkoukan High whenever a request mentions an item.
