The Cynosure Facility is an abandoned underground Militech research bunker explored during the mission "Somewhat Damaged" (which leads into the crafting quest "This Corrosion"). Players must evade an invincible Rogue AI-controlled combat robot while navigating lockdown protocols to reach the core. Tips

You cannot defeat the Cerberus robot in combat; break line of sight immediately and hide in alcoves or under desks when its proximity alarm sounds.
To craft the items from the schematics obtained in the bunker, you must complete the follow-up mission "This Corrosion" by seeking out an underground netrunner to decrypt the component.
You can only obtain either the Erebus submachine gun or the Militech Canto cyberdeck per playthrough, as there is only one behavioral component drop to craft them with.
