The operation begins with a synchronized strike where Joshua's squad sneaks into the guardroom via the northern sewers to unseal the gates, while Estelle's group drops directly onto the terrace by airship. You must fight through waves of Special Intelligence Division personnel across the courtyard and corridors to reach Queen Alicia in the Royal Keep. The assault culminates in clearing the puppet ruler Duke Dunan's escort and surviving an intense duel against Lieutenant Lorence.

Tips
- Do not eliminate Duke Dunan during the keep entrance skirmish; defeat only his surrounding bodyguards to earn 2 bonus Bracer Points.
- Winning against Lieutenant Lorence is optional for story progression, but defeating him grants 3 bonus Bracer Points.
- In the Lorence battle, spread Estelle, Scherazard, and Kloe apart to prevent area attacks from hitting multiple allies, and keep Earth Wall up constantly to block his heavy hits.
