Enemies

Lying Figure
Weak to Legs and head

Spits acid at range and crawls rapidly across the floor when knocked down

Mannequin
Weak to Flanking attacks

Remains completely motionless in dark corners to ambush James as he walks past

Pyramid Head

Slow, unkillable pursuer during the final encounter; James must survive and evade his Great Knife attacks until the siren sounds

Tips

  • Do not waste ammunition attempting to kill Pyramid Head in the final stairwell fight; focus on dodging his wide swings and sprinting around the room until the alarm rings.
  • In Room 202, count the symbols on the wings of the displayed moths (dots, moons, and skulls) to crack the combination lock on the door.
  • Look up at the ceilings in narrow hallways, as Lying Figures can hang overhead or drop unexpectedly in the Otherworld version of the building.
