The Village (Village in Ruins)
Chris Redfield and Hound Wolf Squad infiltrate the devastated village to locate the Megamycete beneath the surface. You must battle through heavily fortified lycan defenses, call in air strikes to destroy a massive fungal structure, and defeat Urias Strajer. Once the megamycete roots are clear, you descend down into the underground laboratory beneath the village.

Enemies
Swarms in large groups through the burning ruins, often armed with melee weapons or bows.
Wears metallic armor over parts of its body that must be shot off or bypassed.
Giant hammer-wielding boss; call down target locator air strikes on him to deal massive damage.
Tips
- You must hold the Target Locator steady on the fungal construct or on Urias Strajer until the meter fills, so clear nearby regular lycans or throw a Flashbang first to avoid interruption.
- Chris cannot craft items or buy from the Duke; all ammunition and healing supplies must be gathered from airdrop caches during combat.
- Chris's straight punch can be used immediately after a successful guard or parry to knock down surrounding enemies and save rifle ammunition.
