Moreau's Reservoir

Resident Evil Village guide · The windmill and dam area

Ethan travels to the reservoir to claim Moreau's flask and ends up trapped in a flooded basin. To proceed, you must navigate floating wooden platforms across the water while evading Moreau's massive mutated fish form, then solve a control panel puzzle at the sluice gate to drain the reservoir. Once the water is gone, you confront Moreau directly in his arena at the bottom of the basin.

Tips

When Moreau climbs atop the shacks during his boss fight to summon acid rain, immediately seek shelter under any roofed structure to avoid heavy continuous damage.
Watch the yellow-taped beams and timed sinking platforms carefully while crossing the water, moving only right after Moreau's fish form swims past.
