Arboretum (Endgame)

Prey guide · Returning to activate the Nullwave
← All areas in this guide

Returning to the Arboretum during the endgame involves confronting the massive Apex Typhon that has wrapped itself around the exterior of Talos I. If choosing the Nullwave route, you must navigate through a heavily corrupted environment filled with high-tier Typhon and environmental hazards to reach the bridge and Alex Yu's bunker. You will coordinate with Alex to finalize the preparations for deploying the Nullwave Transmitter at the heart of the Coral.

Tips

  • The gravity and atmosphere in several sections of the Arboretum may fail during the endgame, so keep your Propulsion System ready for zero-G traversal.
  • You can bypass many of the deadly Apex tentacles and wandering Phantoms by using the GLOO Cannon to scale the rock walls toward Alex Yu's office.
  • Prepare EMP charges or the Disruptor Stun Gun before entering Alex's bunker, as corrupted operators frequently ambush the player in the surrounding hallways.
