Launching the escape craft in Sector 06: Central Port: Free-roam story campaign progression locks until post-story; however, all missed areas, collectibles, and combat challenges remain fully accessible post-game via Unknown Signal Mode, so no achievements become permanently impossible.

Recommended order

Step 1Play through the main story on Normal difficulty, exploring Sector 01

Solar Power Plant, Sector 02: Mass Production Array, Sector 03: Terra Dome, Sector 04: Lunum Mines, and Sector 06: Central Port while interacting with Diana at every visit to the Shelter.
Step 2

Use the post-story Unknown Signal Mode to revisit all five sectors via Escape Hatches, finishing all combat challenges, simulator tasks, and cleaning up any remaining collectibles.
Step 3

Start a fresh New Game run on Lunatic difficulty and complete the campaign to finish the 100% list.

You're Not Getting Away That Easy Missable 36.2% of players Defeat a Sweeper bot. Encounter a skittish Sweeper bot in the side alleys, hack into its matrix, and destroy it before it flees and despawns. Where: Sector 02: Mass Production Array

Rendezvous 96.8% of players Hidden achievement Complete the prologue and reach the Shelter for the first time.

Small Talk 94.8% of players Talk to Diana in the Shelter. Talk to Diana while resting inside the Shelter.

For Me? 88.4% of players Give an REM as a present. Offer Diana an Earth Memory (REM) present while interacting with her in the Shelter.

Power Trip 87.5% of players Hidden achievement Restore power in the Solar Power Plant as part of the main story progression. Where: Sector 01: Solar Power Plant

Thanks for Everything! 81.3% of players Receive a picture as a present. Continue talking with Diana and giving her REM presents until she gives you a hand-drawn picture.

Wall? What Wall? 76.2% of players Find a Holo-Wall. Locate and reveal a hidden Holo-Wall by interacting with it or dispelling its projection.

Red-Zoned and Loving It 76.1% of players Secure a Red Zone. Unlock any high-risk Red Zone area with a Red Gate Key and eliminate every wave of hostiles within.

Well Spotted! Collectible 73.3% of players Shoot a Mini Cabin. Find and shoot any one of the tiny hidden Mini Cabin collectible bots. Where: Sector 01: Solar Power Plant

The Purr-fect Guide 72.2% of players Hidden achievement Follow the guide cat and reach the Comms Tower during the story. Where: Sector 02: Mass Production Array

Blackout! Cumulative 65.7% of players Complete a Cabin Stamp Board. Fill out an entire Cabin Stamp Board by redeeming Cabin Coins at the Shelter's Stamp Club.

Mister Simulator 65.3% of players Complete the main objective in a Training Sim. Access a Training Sim terminal and finish the primary objective of any simulation.

Round 'Em Up 64.5% of players Defeat three enemies at the same time with the Lim Recycler. Lure at least three enemies into the recycling trap in the Lim Recycling Facility and activate it to eliminate them simultaneously. Where: Sector 02: Mass Production Array

Another Pragmata 62.6% of players Hidden achievement Advance the narrative in the Terra Dome until you encounter the trapped android Eight. Where: Sector 03: Terra Dome

Replicating Extraordinaire! Collectible 61.8% of players Complete an REM series. Collect and gift Diana every REM item belonging to a single thematic set.

Peekaboo 60.3% of players Win at hide-and-seek. Play hide-and-seek with Diana at the Shelter and successfully find her hiding spot.

Top-Shelf Item 59.8% of players Upgrade a weapon using Pure Lunum. Bring a piece of Pure Lunum to the Unit Printer and apply it to upgrade any weapon.

Entrusted Memory 58.8% of players Hidden achievement Progress through the Lunum Mines until you obtain the stop code as part of the campaign. Where: Sector 04: Lunum Mines

Who Needs Guns!? Cumulative 49.5% of players Deal 3000 hacking damage in a single hack. Inflict at least 3,000 damage with a single hacking attack, best done on a heavily armored foe using damage-multiplying hack nodes.

Mission Unveiled 49.3% of players Hidden achievement Complete your mission in the Lunum Mines and reach the Nexus Tower. Where: Sector 04: Lunum Mines

Awakening 49.1% of players Hidden achievement Complete the story sequence requiring you to repair and stabilize Diana.

Cradle Surveyor Collectible 48.1% of players Reach 100% sector progress in a sector. Reach 100% exploration and collectible completion in any single sector. Where: Sector 01: Solar Power Plant

IT'S OVER 6000! Cumulative 48.1% of players Deal 6000 gunshot damage in one second. Deal an accumulated 6,000 or more gunshot damage within a single one-second window against enemies or a boss.

Sentinel Breach 43.4% of players Hidden achievement Confront and destroy the Sentinel boss encounter in the Central Port. Where: Sector 06: Central Port

Our Promise Difficulty 42.3% of players Hidden achievement Complete the final confrontation at the Central Port and finish the game on any difficulty setting. Where: Sector 06: Central Port

Escape Artist Collectible 39.2% of players Unlock every escape hatch. Discover and unlock every fast-travel escape hatch across the Cradle, concluding in the Central Port. Where: Sector 06: Central Port

Clean Up on Aisle Three 27.4% of players Cleanse three or more enemies at the same time. Group three corrupted enemies together, then hold and unleash Diana's Cleanse skill to hit all three simultaneously. Where: Sector 06: Central Port

A Lunar Challenge 22.7% of players Complete a mission in a special sector. Finish the campaign to enter the post-game mode and complete your first challenge mission inside a Special Sector.

Can I Borrow That? 20.5% of players Confuse a certain enemy and borrow its shield. Equip the Confusion hacking node, hack an armed four-shield Defender bot, and complete the node path to steal its shield. Where: Sector 04: Lunum Mines

Courage in Desperation 19.4% of players Repel the LunaDigger while progressing through the Lunum Mines. Lure out the roaming LunaDigger during the surface mining sections and unleash heavy weapon fire and hacks until you force it to retreat. Where: Sector 04: Lunum Mines

Can't Stop, Won't Stop Collectible Cumulative 19.1% of players Print all obtainable weapons, hacking nodes, and abilities during the main story. Unlock all equipment blueprints across the campaign and stamp boards, then fabricate every weapon, hacking node, and ability at the terminal.

Master of the Simulator Cumulative 13.4% of players Complete the main objective in every Training Sim. Locate all simulation data modules and successfully beat the primary objective in each of the 30 Training Sim trials.

The Right Man for the Job 13% of players Complete Unknown Signal. Clear all 10 challenge trial phases in the post-game Unknown Signal mode and defeat the final encounter.

Mini-Hunter Supreme Collectible Cumulative 10.6% of players Shoot every Mini Cabin. Locate and shoot all 15 hidden Mini Cabin figures tucked across the game's five main exploration sectors.

Lunar Supremacy Difficulty 3.9% of players Complete the game on Lunatic difficulty. Start a new playthrough on the unlocked Lunatic difficulty setting and finish the entire campaign from start to end.
