Shido's Palace
The Phantom Thieves infiltrate Masayoshi Shido's Palace, which takes the form of a massive cruise ship sailing through a sunken Tokyo. To open the route to the main assembly hall, you must navigate multiple passenger decks and acquire five recommendation letters by defeating key VIP figures. Once the infiltration route is secured, send the calling card and return to confront Shido.

Tips
- Transformation switches toggle the ship's mouse traps, so plan your route to hit switches only when you need to walk through doors as humans.
- As mice, you cannot fight and will be instantly ambushed if caught by patrolling shadows, so use cheese scents and cover to sneak past them.
- The battle against Shido consists of multiple phases where his affinities and attack styles change completely, so carry Personas that resist physical and all elements.
- Keep Dekaja and Matarunda ready during the duel against Akechi to negate his powerful stat buffs and lower his high damage output.
