Explore thoroughly to locate all 75 Files, 25 Mr. Raccoon figures, locked safes, and BSAA supply crates across Rhodes Hill, East Raccoon City, and the ARK, while completing specific area combat actions such as triggering the light-sensitive Girl encounter and defeating unique mutated threats.
Step 2Second Playthrough on Casual difficulty

Combine the under 4-hour speedrun objective with the restrictions to never heal using herbs or medical injectors and never use Grace's blood collector.
Step 3Third Playthrough on Insanity difficulty

Utilize unlocked bonus weapons and rewards to complete the campaign on the highest challenge setting and clean up any remaining kill-count achievements.

Seasoned Pro Missable Cumulative 75.7% of players Defeat 300 enemies. Defeat a total of 300 enemies across the course of your playthrough.

Road Rage Missable 74.8% of players Hidden achievement During the highway motorcycle chase, shoot Victor when a targeting marker appears over him to interrupt his attack. Where: Chapter 6: East Raccoon City

Bring Out the Big Guns Missable 74.1% of players Hidden achievement Equip the Requiem firearm and shoot the Girl enemy once to stagger her. Where: Chapter 2: Rhodes Hill 1 (The Girl)

Hope and Requiem Missable 72.2% of players Hidden achievement Make the specific story choice to "Release Elpis" during the final confrontation sequence. Choosing the opposite ending path will prevent this achievement from unlocking during the current run. Where: Chapter 8: ARK (Archives, Bioweapon Repository and Final Boss)

Never Touch the Stuff Missable 21.5% of players Complete the main story without using herbs or med injectors. Beat the full main story without consuming any healing herbs or med injectors. Rely on passive recovery checkpoints or health boosters to keep your character alive through the campaign.

Minimalist Missable 20.2% of players Hidden achievement Complete the entire campaign without ever drawing blood or crafting with Grace's Blood Collector tool. Rely strictly on standard weapons and ammo discovered throughout the environment.

You Little Rascal! Missable Collectible 19.5% of players Destroy every Mr. Raccoon memoriam. Locate and destroy every Mr. Raccoon memoriam bobblehead hidden throughout the game's chapters. Destroyed memoriams save instantly to your global profile data across all save files.

Speed Demon Missable 18.8% of players Hidden achievement Complete the main story and choose the "Release Elpis" ending in under four hours. Pausing the game halts the internal timer, and reloading saves from the main menu helps mitigate lost time.

Case Closed Missable Collectible 16.3% of players Read all the files in the main story. Find and inspect every lore file scattered across both Leon's and Grace's campaign paths. Files carry over into subsequent playthroughs if missed, but individual files are inaccessible once their chapter ends.

Déjà vu 94% of players Hidden achievement Unlock by progressing through the story and surviving the opening outbreak in Wrenwood.

Rookie Agent Difficulty 72.7% of players Complete the main story on at least Casual difficulty. Complete all main story chapters on Casual difficulty or higher. It will automatically pop when the final results screen appears after completing the campaign.

Rising Agent Difficulty 65.9% of players Complete the main story on at least Standard (Modern) difficulty. Finish the entire campaign on at least Standard (Modern) difficulty. Beating the game on this or a harder difficulty will also unlock the achievement for Casual.

Bang For Your Buck 40.8% of players Defeat at least three enemies with a single Requiem shot. Line up and eliminate at least three enemies simultaneously using a single shot from the heavy Requiem handgun. This is easiest to achieve in narrow hallways or chokepoints when groups of standard zombies cluster together.

Credit Where Credit Is Due Cumulative 30.7% of players Hidden achievement Accumulate a total of 200,000 credits over the course of your playthroughs. Credits gained from defeating enemies and tracking modules register to your profile and carry across saves.

Resolute Agent Difficulty 30.5% of players Complete the main story on at least Standard (Classic) difficulty. Complete the campaign on at least Standard (Classic) difficulty, which features limited ink ribbon saves. This mode tests classic resource management and unlocks after clearing the story once.

Cat Got Your Tongue? 23.6% of players Hidden achievement Perform a timed parry against a Licker β2's ranged tongue thrust attack using the hatchet. Successfully deflecting the lashing strike will sever its tongue and unlock the achievement.

Master Craftsman Cumulative 22.4% of players Craft every possible item with Leon. Craft each of the 9 unique crafting recipes available to Leon at least once. You can craft an item, reload a previous manual save, and craft the remaining items as tracking persists globally.

Bloodlust Cumulative 21.1% of players Hidden achievement Use Grace's Blood Collector tool to extract a cumulative total of 5,000 microsamples of infected blood from fallen targets and containers. Extraction progress accumulates steadily across combat encounters and playthroughs.

Remarkable Agent Difficulty 16.9% of players Hidden achievement Complete the main story on Insanity difficulty. Prepare thoroughly with shop unlockables and master enemy patterns to survive high damage output and altered puzzle codes.

Model Mania Collectible 16.5% of players View all models. Purchase and view every character and creature 3D model in the Extra Content Shop. Models are purchased using Completion Points earned by finishing challenges and achievements.

Curator Collectible 16.1% of players View all concept art. Unlock and open every piece of concept art in the game's Extra Content gallery menu. Use accumulated Completion Points from completed runs to acquire all artwork entries.
