Upon arriving at Port Brilehaven, the party must secure entry to Louis's flagship, the Skyrunner Charadrius, to map out an infiltration path prior to his grand soirée. In town, you can challenge rival candidates to debates, clear regional side dungeons, and tackle arena ranks at the coliseum. The infiltration itself requires sneaking past guards and taking out key crew officers in tight three-turn skirmishes before Louis's gathering takes place.
