Chapter 11: Alternate Solutions

Dead Space guide · Isaac transports the Marker back to the flight deck while dealing with Nicole's strange behavior.

Isaac heads to Cargo Bay to load the Marker onto the shuttle tracks, then guides it through the Hangar Bay toward the waiting shuttle. Along the way, Nicole assists from the control booths while Isaac fights off heavy Necromorph resistance to clear the shuttle for launch. Once the Marker is secured and the shuttle is prepared, Isaac initiates the flight deck departure procedures to take the Marker down to Aegis VII.

Encountered in the Cargo Bay; stasis it and flank to hit its rear weak points

Tips

In the Cargo Bay and Hangar Bay Marker-escort sections, activate the track controls and clear out incoming enemies before trying to repeatedly move the Marker along the rails.
Use Kinesis on explosive and stasis canisters scattered around the Cargo Bay to conserve precious ammunition against the large waves of Necromorphs and the Brute.
Make sure to finish any unfinished side quests or backtrack to locked security doors across the Ishimura before boarding the shuttle, as proceeding into Chapter 12 is a point of no return.
