Upon reaching Act 2, the Luminary finds that the ruins of Cobblestone have been converted into a fortified haven called The Last Bastion. After reuniting with Amber and Gemma, he meets King Carnelian in the royal command tent. The Luminary then heads to the barricades outside the northern gate to fight alongside Sir Hendrik and repel an invasion of dark forces.

Reaching the roof level of the Luminary's destroyed dwelling requires scaling a watchtower ladder nearby and crossing onto the platform.

Undead commander leading the assault outside the northern gates; accompanied by subordinate monsters like the Chasmonaut.

Chasmonaut

Minion fighting alongside the Headless Honcho that can cast Kasap to reduce party defenses.

Weapon Shop: sells arms including the Cypress Stick, Zombiesbane, Bastard Sword, and Nightcleaver
Armour Shop: sells defensive gear including the Magic Shield, Iron Headgear, and Heavy Armour
Item Shop: sells supplies including Strong Medicine, Strong Antidote, and the Holy Talisman

Tips

Eliminate the supporting Chasmonaut first during the gate assault so it cannot lower your defenses with Kasap before you focus attacks on the Headless Honcho.
