Defeating the Hydra in Hydra Marshes while Razzly is in the active party: Razzly's level 7 tech Floral Flare, permanently preventing the Delta Force triple tech achievement in that playthrough.
Defeating the Time Devourer at Chronopolis: Harle leaves the party permanently, making her level 7 tech achievement Lunacy impossible if not unlocked and used prior.
Failing to speak to Nikki on his ship after the Sage duel on the S.S. Zelbess before fighting the Fire Dragon: The Marbule concert and Black Dragon questline, permanently blocking Master Hammer acquisition and Rainbow equipment crafting achievements in that playthrough.

Step 1

Start Playthrough 1 and make sure to refuse Kid at Cape Howl to recruit Leena, then choose Nikki or Guile in Termina to infiltrate Viper Manor.
Step 2

When Kid falls ill in Guldove, choose to save her, save Razzly in Hydra Marshes without putting her in the Hydra boss party, and later clear the Marbule concert side quest to secure Rainbow equipment crafting.
Step 3

As Lynx, obtain and use Harle's level 7 tech Lunairetic before she permanently leaves your party, and unlock Lynx's level 7 tech Forever Zero.
Step 4

In the late game, complete all minigames (roulette on S.S. Zelbess, dragon feeding in Viper Manor, Sneeff Grand Slam), craft a Rainbow weapon and armor, defeat Dario on Forbidden Island, and collect all 15 window frames.
Step 5

Obtain the Chrono Cross element at Divine Dragon Falls and defeat the Time Devourer using the proper element order (Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Black, White, Chrono Cross) for the true ending and Ending 1.
Step 6

In New Game+, defeat the Time Devourer at Opassa Beach at various distinct story milestones to unlock all alternate endings.
Step 7

Follow the remaining Viper Manor infiltration guides (Pierre, and whoever was skipped) and the "Don't Save Kid" branch to recruit missing characters, then use the Chrono Cross at the Hermit's Hideaway dimensional rift to call back all characters for The Recruiter achievement.
