Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth push deeper into the interior machinery and upper decks of Comstock's flagship, the Hand of the Prophet. Players must battle armored defenders, automated turrets, and an aggressive Handyman before riding an exterior Sky-Line to Comstock's cabin. After confronting and executing Zachary Hale Comstock, Booker investigates the prophet's living quarters before proceeding upward to take control of the bridge.

Tactics: Use Tears to summon friendly gun turrets, ride Sky-Lines for mobility, and stun the Handyman with Murder of Crows or Shock Jockey to focus damage on his chest
