Step 1

Complete the main story missions up through the carnival visit in Coney Island to earn early progression achievements and unlock side activities.
Step 2

Fully clear Coney Island, Queens, Astoria, Williamsburg, Upper West Side, Midtown, and Financial District of all district activities, Prowler Stashes, Marko's Memories, Spider-Bots, Photo Ops, and Mysteriums.
Step 3

Advance the campaign until the world shifts into the Symbiote Invasion phase, clearing Symbiote Nests in Financial District (Symbiote Invasion) and Astoria (Symbiote Invasion) as they appear.
Step 4

Finish the remaining main story missions to unlock all campaign-related trophies.
Step 5

Complete any lingering district activities, reach maximum character level, craft all suits, and clean up combat and traversal misc trophies in post-game free roam.
